I focus on Functional Fitness Training that helps regular fitness enthusiasts, and sportsmen and women, to improve day-to-day biomechanics and sport related movement patterns, thereby constantly improving their levels of athletic competitiveness. I believe that the key to functioning at our optimum is by building a solid foundation through functional fitness. I draw from many years of experience in the fitness and sports environment, having taught aerobics for years as well as my own weight training, triathlons, playing competitive hockey, and trail running.

Join in on a Combat Class with a touch of Yoga on a Wednesday night or a Body Pump Class (a barbell workout aimed at getting you lean and toned)
BODYPUMP ™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit
– fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.
This class promises to get you toned, shaped, fitter and stronger.
I have a passion for sharing knowledge whether teaching children or adults by assisting them to achieve their goals. Structured sessions will train people in a small class with a personal focus on correct technique/form when executing a movement to allow for controlled optimum functional movement/form and fitness. These sessions will be conducted in a positive and fun outdoor environment. I want people to train in comfortable surroundings where they do not feel intimidated but are pushed to work hard at their own intensity. The sessions will include a number of cardio, functional and weight training based exercises aimed at increasing fitness levels and improving muscles strength and tone.
